For Business

Keynote and conference event speaker:

Presentation to be tailored for your requirements.

Risk and the Consequences:

This presentation covers Jonathan’s life experiences of losing multiple limbs after taking a dangerous risk. As his accident did not occur in the workplace, he briefly covers how the accident occurred and focuses more on educating audiences on:

        Accepting responsibility for your actions.

How a serious injury impacts your life forever and the lives of those closest to you. Emotional, social, financial and physical consequences.

Impact on innocent individuals, bystanders and emergency services.

        Empowering smarter, safer decision making.

It does not matter what your safety slogan is, this presentation is guaranteed to captivate, motivate and inspire your people. An injury sustained at work or at home carries the same consequences, Jonathan’s injuries are real and his ability to relate this to any situation is unique and empowering.

Refocus:

Life can be a battle to stay focused on the task at hand when we have so many other pressures on our mind. Relationships, children, work and conflict can be some of the issues we have which can lead to mistakes in the workplace. Jonathan describes the most important thing in his life to stay safe is his family.

This presentation covers:

Identifying and minimising pressure and stress in our lives.

Techniques to take control of unproductive thoughts and issues.

There are no re-takes for major mis-takes

Challenge perceptions of a workplace without injuries.

All presentations relate back to Jonathan’s experience of losing multiple limbs. This session is better to be delivered after the Risk and Consequences session though can be delivered as a standalone presentation.

Motivational

Jonathan aims to motivate, inspire and educate your staff in his Motivational Presentation. All everyone wants in life is happiness, key motivating factors for change or reaching our goals is the perceived happiness we will receive. But what happens when the “high” is over or if we can’t even get started on our goals?

Some of us do not realise how our learnt behaviours influence our lives at all levels. After losing multiple limbs Jonathan has learnt that happiness is a matter of choice, not chance. We can learn to change our attitude, our focus, the perceived unhappiness we have in our lives at any moment, we just need to want to do it.

In this presentation Jonathan covers:

Reasons versus results in our lives.

The power of focus, change your focus change your life.

        Image, self-esteem and confidence.

The connotations associated with the language we use daily.

Jonathan shares what he has learnt in his life to overcome adversity and live a normal life. Jonathan basis all his sessions on a common sense, structured approach that is guaranteed to get your people thinking at new and exciting heights.
