Hello and welcome to my website, my name is Jonathan Beninca.
I have worked as a Master Motivational, Safety and Keynote Communicator for over 10 years, delivering presentations to school students, business executives, mining and construction workers.
Whilst I suffered major loss after my accident, I gained an incredible skill and ability to relate with audiences at all levels. I deliver unforgettable presentations that I guarantee will get your staff talking.
Safety starts at home.
Your company probably has several safety systems, processes and controls in place. Your company is probably proactive in delivering important safety messages, rewarding excellence in safety and using every opportunity to promote safety. Job hazard analyses (JHA’s), hazard and near miss cards, take 5 and personal protective equipment (PPE) are some of the tools you may use to keep your people safe.
Although!
Unless your people make smarter, safer choices at home, then you may find changing behaviours at work difficult.
Think about this…
You ask one of your people to mow the lawn around your building, what PPE would you expect them to be wearing?
What PPE do you believe they would use at home?
Protecting yourself, your work mates and others against a serious injury requires a change in attitude. Your people must understand why they need to change their attitude before they change their behaviour.
In my presentation I will take your people on a journey through my life. I’ll explain how a short cut changed everything I knew in an instant. I make audiences think about things that they may take for granted, such as cuddling their children with two arms – something I’ll never experience.
I ensure presentations are relevant, funny, interesting and informative. Audiences are serious when I require them to be though I always make sure they have a laugh.
It does not matter how an injury occurs, the consequences are exactly the same and last a lifetime.
